These Terms govern your use of Unfuck My Past (the Service). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Not therapy or medical care
The Service provides self-help, coaching, and educational content. It is not therapy or medical care and is not a substitute for professional advice. If you need medical or mental health support, contact a qualified professional.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments
Paid features and prices are shown at checkout. To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable once the paid content is delivered, except where Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provides non-excludable rights.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the ACL. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to harm yourself or others.
Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the Service. You must have the rights to any content you submit.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including sensitive health information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and except for your non-excludable rights under the ACL, the Service is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties. Our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Nothing limits liability for loss that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where required by law.
